Houston · Photographer & Filmmaker

Photography and film that make the work look worth more.

I'm Alexander Franshaw. I photograph and film Houston real estate, architecture, and brands. I came up shooting the city's music, and the job has never changed: make the work look as good as it actually is.

What I do

One eye, four ways to put it to work.

Listing media is the front door, packaged and priced so you can book it in a call. The rest is scoped to the project: architecture, brand film, and the websites that hold it all together.

Systems work

How a lead moves through a system I built.

I shoot Houston real estate. For one brokerage, I also built the system behind the listings: every inquiry caught, scored, and routed before it cools. Here is one lead moving through it.

A four-stage diagram. A lead enters at its source, moves through either a buyer funnel or a seller funnel, is scored hot, warm, or cold, then is routed to a matching follow-up.

01 Lead source

New lead Paid ad, organic, referral

02 Funnel

Buyer funnel Property-search intent
Seller funnel Home-value estimate

03 Lead scoring

Qualify & score Five-question check

04 Routing

Hot Instant alert, call booked
Warm Nurture sequence
Cold Long-term drip

A lead is caught at its source, sent through a buyer or seller funnel, scored, then routed to a matching follow-up. No lead is handled by hand.
